All three are built around AGNES (insulated RF microneedling to the sebaceous gland), because the #1 driver of acne is excess sebum from overactive sebaceous glands—and AGNES can address that root cause at the source.

1) Treat the root precisely — AGNES
The core of acne is the sebaceous gland. AGNES uses an insulated micro-needle to deliver heat only to the target gland, sparing the epidermis while selectively disabling the gland for long-lasting improvement.
Why not isotretinoin?
Oral isotretinoin suppresses sebum throughout the entire body. It is effective, but potential side effects can be significant (e.g., dryness/peeling, hair shedding, mood changes, liver enzyme elevation). Many patients who stop isotretinoin due to side effects come to us for alternatives.
Why AGNES?
- We target only the glands that need treatment, preserving normal oil–water balance elsewhere.
- The aim is durable reduction in the overactive glands and lower recurrence.
Why get AGNES at KKEUT?
AGNES is not “just poking.”
- Too few shots can stimulate the gland and worsen activity.
- Too many or too hot can risk PIH (darkening) or scars.

2) Planned aftercare is included — because we think ahead
After AGNES, residual sebum can surface as tiny bumps while the gland is shutting down. We anticipate and manage this phase.
All packages include core aftercare:
- Professional comedone extraction
- Sebum-melting RF care (softens/loosens hardened plugs post-AGNES)
- Anti-inflammatory micro-injection (to calm active lesions)

3) Ethosome Gold PTT — sebum control with comfort
An evolution beyond classic PDT/Gold-PTT, our Ethosome Gold PTT is designed for:
- Enhanced transdermal delivery (ethosome carrier)
- Focused penetration to the sebaceous unit
- Gentle photothermal activation; we typically pair with Genesis laser (≥3,000 shots) to raise intradermal temperature and boost the effect
- Comfortable even after AGNES
In PREMIUM, we disable glands with AGNES and further suppress activity with Ethosome Gold PTT—to cut recurrence risk more decisively.
What’s the Difference Between Packages?
✔ SHORT (4 weeks)
- AGNES ×1 + full aftercare
- Black-vinegar (acetic-based) peel + BHA peel to clear keratin/sebum pathways
- Best for: oily skin with intermittent inflammatory acne or frequent clogged pores.
✔ INTENSE (8 weeks, standard)
- AGNES ×2 (about 4 weeks apart)
- Complete in-between aftercare included
- Best for: recurrent inflammatory acne; designed for visible change in before/after photos. (AGNES is generally recommended for ≥2 sessions.)
✔ PREMIUM (8 weeks, advanced)
- AGNES ×2 + Ethosome Gold PTT
- Includes a low-irritation peel (LALA Peel) for sensitive skin
- Best for: adults with persistent acne seeking maximum sebum suppression with minimal irritation.
Why a Package (not “AGNES once”)?
One AGNES session doesn’t end acne immediately. You may see:
- Residual plugs surfacing like tiny grains,
- A transition period before full suppression, and
- Skin that needs calming and guidance during remodeling.
Effective care means planning the sequence:
Gland destruction → secretion suppression → plug clearance → inflammation control.
That whole pathway reduces recurrence. Our package is a designed treatment course, not a one-off procedure.

Notes & Expectations
- Redness/swelling at treated follicles and purging of residual sebum can occur for ~1–3 weeks after each AGNES session—this is expected and managed within the package.
- 2–3 sessions of AGNES are commonly needed for durable control; intervals and add-ons (e.g., Ethosome Gold PTT) are personalized.
- Diligent sun protection and non-comedogenic routines support clearer, more stable results.
- We’ll review your medical history and medications (including prior isotretinoin or antibiotics) and tailor a safe, effective plan.

Can middle and high school students receive this treatment?
Parental consent is required, and while teenagers can receive treatment, we explain the appropriate program after checking their skin condition.
Will my acne significantly decrease after receiving the treatment?
Since this is an acne sebaceous gland destruction procedure, it will be effective if you repeat the treatment at the cycle and frequency suitable for you, but the recommended number of sessions or program may vary for each client.
Are there any specific precautions?
Agnes is a procedure with downtime, so office workers and students who need to go to work/school daily might experience temporary discomfort such as sebum temporarily rising to the surface after the treatment. Combining it with high-frequency sebum melting management can provide faster care.
Can I also take medication prescribed by a dermatologist?
Acne medications (such as isotretinoin) can be taken concurrently, but they come with precautions. As you may experience significant dryness, we recommend combining them with hydration management. Please inform us during your consultation for more detailed guidance.
