How our AGNES is different

1) “Scatter pattern” design for clustered sebaceous glands

Sebaceous glands often sit in clusters, not as single points. We start at the core lesion and add shots outward at the proper output and depth to treat the entire cluster, not just one pore.

2) 3D dosing by depth and power

We choose the needle length to match each area’s anatomy and adjust RF output and dwell time to the lesion’s size and depth. On repeat visits we make micro-position adjustments rather than re-stabbing the exact same spot—this helps minimize irritation while maintaining efficacy.

3) Real-time feedback by tissue “heat response”

AGNES aims for a localized coagulation around 60–70 °C. During treatment we look for subtle tissue changes (slight elevation or color shift) that indicate adequate heating. We adjust in real time to avoid over-coagulation, then review the area with you in a mirror and carefully top up any under-treated points—until you’re satisfied.

4) Thoughtful calming care

Right after AGNES, we apply a Jaungo modeling pack to cool and soothe, helping reduce heat sensation and support recovery. This integrated aftercare is part of what improves comfort and outcomes.

Fordyce spots (yellow/white bumps on the lips): AGNES treatment

Fordyce spots are simply visible sebaceous glands on the lip or oral mucosa—but once you notice them, they can be bothersome.

AGNES with insulated RF needles selectively coagulates the gland while sparing the surface, allowing a clean, quick improvement without medication.

“Chicken skin” under the eyes (sebaceous hyperplasia): AGNES treatment

That bumpy, pebbled look beneath the eyes is often sebaceous hyperplasia, not enlarged pores.

AGNES lets us target the glands only, even in delicate areas like the lower eyelids, for natural-looking smoothing with a low risk of scarring or pigmentation.
